I found the course to be interesting and also enough information for a beginner counsellor. It had everything you needed to know, this was a good refresher as I have previously done a counsellor diploma. I did however find the website not really user friendly, needed more than a few new access codes for me to complete the course, in saying that, it only took an email and it was fixed. 😉
